When we went down to the lobby for happy hour, the staff member said "oh my gosh we are so excited to have you here!" When we went downstairs to Rosa Rosa for dinner the food and service was excellent, they brought us two of their most popular desserts. Our room was a corner king room with big windows all around including the bathroom, the room was filled with natural light and the windows open for fresh air if desired. The front desk staff made us feel as if they had been waiting all week for our arrival, she immediately said "oh you're going to love your room, I cant wait for you to see it." Within 5 minutes of our arrival she was at the door with a large bottle of champagne on ice. The staff was above and beyond friendly and helpful, they literally made us feel like royalty from the moment of check in until checking out. It is almost impossible to describe the incredible treatment we received during our 50th wedding anniversary weekend stay.
